I’ve ordered from this location for the last time. The quality of the food is good (its Domino’s), however, I’ve received the wrong pizza toppings on multiple occasions and you can tell the store is understaffed. I understand workers are hard to come by today, yet I placed an online, delivery order today and waited just under an hour before receiving a phone call from the store telling me they could not deliver my order due to being “slammed on deliveries and only having one driver” but I could come pick it up in store. That call should have came instantly after my order was placed. Keep in mind, my estimated delivery arrival was 20-35 minutes after my order was placed, yeah, right. Like I said, that was my last time ordering from this location.

Terrible. Ordered 5 pizza’s for my 4 year olds birthday party and they all came delivered, scrunched up in the box. See pictures below. Also, I told them that I wanted them cut into smaller slices and they gave us huge slices. From what we salvaged, the pizza was cold and did not taste good. Biggest waste of $100.

Ordered a pizza and wings online and waited the requested time. When I went to pick it up at 6:30 on Monday the door was locked. A nice man came and let us in and told us that he cannot cook pizza and he was the only one there. The manager wouldn’t be there for maybe 15-20 minutes but he wasn’t even sure about that. We said about an hour? And he had no idea. I understand staffing issues but the least they could do is call or cancel the order before we drove all the way there. Now I have to wait 2-5 days for the money to be refunded on my card and got no food.
