I have only placed orders in person and I have always had a good experience! Staff is friendly and even gave me a great recommendation for a sandwich. Always give me a receipt too. Can’t complain about too much. Intersection is a little hard to get out of, but worth it to get Jimmy Johns!

If you want your sandwiches delivered freaky fast, DO NOT order from here. Your whole lunch break will be over by time your food arrives. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, but it will be the last time. It also says on each of the sandwiches to cut them In half, and also on the delivery instructions. 3 different places says cut the sandwiches, and they still can’t cut them. Don’t waste your money here.

Ordered delivery yesterday and the manager explained they were short staffed and let me know that it would take a while. I appreciated her for being honest with me, it wound up taking over an hour but again the manager was extremely apologetic. This is a good store most workers wouldn’t have cared, 10/10 Jimmy Johns!

I ordered online for a delivery and after 55 minutes I called the store to check on the status my ‘freaky fast’ order. I was then informed that “the store doesn’t have the bread, the the staff or the time to do delivery orders”. I get the supply chain and labor issues we’re all encountering currently, so I don’t put this on the workers in the store. This falls on the owners/management and Jimmy John’s corporate. They should update their system and website to not allow delivery orders from this store. Further, store management should call customers once they receive their online delivery order to inform them that they won’t be fulfilling your order. A Jimmy John’s that doesn’t deliver or call you to tell you that they can’t deliver? No thanks, I won’t be doing business with this store again.

Not sure why I keep going here. Just optimistic. You’d think it’s be hard to mess up a sandwich but it’s a bad experience every time. Whether it’s the wait, the customer service, the sandwich itself, or like tonight… all of the above, something’s always wrong. I feel like I wasted my money every time I leave.

Everytime I order it is always fast and they let you order online and give you the option to pay with cash when picking up which is great for me. The sandwhich is usually always really good. I have never order delivery but I see alot of bad reviews for delivery if u pick it up its always fine.

Three times now they’ve put turkey on a sandwich instead of ham, they always forget my ranch (EVERY TIME) and don’t bother to call to say they’re out of it or refund it. They say they’ll make up for it with a free cookie next time you order and then don’t do that. Customer service is awful and they’ll blame you / say they didn’t mess up and you the customer must have missed the item. Avoid at all costs.
