We order take out on June 2nd. We ordered 2 fish dinners, one regular and one large a hamburger basket and a hotdog basket. Our fish orders were missing the bread, coleslaw, and tarter. The hamburger was burnt. Our fries for all the meals looked and tasted like old fry oil. When i called up there to see what they can do on our $62.40 bill, they were just going to give us a $5 off coupon. I asked for a refund and was told that it should be in my account after verifying my last 4 of the card. It is now 2 weeks after and i still have not received my refund. This is ridiculous! I work in the service industry and this is just horrible.

When we first walked in, we were greeted by the owner. First impression, 10/10. He told us to sit wherever we wanted. Our waitress, Halle R, came out immediately. She was beyond fantastic with us. VERY attentive and very kind. I would go back just to have her again. The drinks came out very fast and were pretty tasty. As were the appetizers and the three entrees we ordered. Definitely will be coming back. Oh! Also, the bathroom was top notch. Very updated and modern. Thank you guys for being rockstars!

I was looking forward to coming to Pub 55 because I heard a lot of good things about the place. The place itself was beautiful. My shrimp po boy was pretty good, but the fries were very salty. The thing that took away from the experience was the service. Our waitress walked past us numerous times before coming to our table, and when she approached us, she just stared at us, waiting for us to speak. Our mix drinks were made incorrectly. We weren’t given silverware or condiments, etc. I wanted to assume it was because the patio was busy, but even after a majority of people had left, it still took our waitress 15-20min to come back to check in us so we could get our checks. We also noticed that our plates did not have the extras that people at other tables did (veggies on the side of wings). The people I was with said it was out the norm for the service to be that bad. I will be back to try the place again. The prices were excellent.

First time there. Place looked awesome and will be returning in the summer for the awesome patio. I was disappointed in the food. My husband and I both got burgers. Mine was the pepper Jack on Texas toast and my husband just a regular cheeseburger and both were very bland. I was expecting a lot more. Could have used more seasoning. My daughter loves cheese curds and I tried some of them and they were well over done. I bit in to a few and the cheese was no where to be found because of them being over cooked. So bites of breading it was. Service was great though and place is very cute. Will definitely be going back to try something else on the menu and enjoy the drinks/seating options.

Asked for crispy bacon, a fried egg and a medium rare burger. I got soft bacon, literally scrambled eggs on top of a piece of mushy overcooked meat loaf. We ordered fried shrimp and they were so fishy we couldn’t actually eat them. Really really bad food. Great service and atmosphere — but I will never order food here again.
