I normally don’t post reviews but I am because people should avoid this little restaurant. I got a chorizo egg and cheese burrito and it was out within 2 minutes and when I got home it was not even the slightest bit of warm. It was not fresh at all. You’re better off visiting the Lupitas on 27th or Bell.

I had opened a amarillo national account and had received a card a few days prior to using the card at this location this past Friday, I can’t prove it was them but the very next day someone tried buying things online from China and Germany. Like I said, I can’t prove it but my card was put on hold and had no way to access my money till Monday. Be careful at this location, one of the employees is taking our info and committing fraud. I will be reaching out to the owner to make him aware of what’s going on.

Go there alot…. every morning I get a chance. I’m simple. Bean and cheese burrito. Lately it seems as tho they assume u dont want ur change from the transaction. Don’t even care to ask. They just keep it. Then when u get home the burrito isn’t even rolled to be closed at either end so stuff inside the burrito goes everywhere. Making me not wanna go there anymore

There’s really nothing to this place as far as aesthetics. It’s an old rundown building with only drive-thru. I don’t believe you can dine inside. The food is good and really authentic. I just prefer Tex-Mex. The line is always 20+ minutes too. I guess that means it’s good, but it also means it takes forever for a couple burritos. I don’t go here unless someone else wants to go. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place, in my opinion, is mediocre.

Great food, but they seemed woefully understaffed (surprise!). There were literally a dozen empty tables, but there was still a long wait to be seated. Our server was friendly but seemed new, and had to make multiple trips back for forgotten items. I’m just visiting Amarillo, but I’ll be sure to stop by here again the next time!
