We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I mean no place that’s doing fast food seems to be very good anymore and even harder to get hot food with that said this food was pretty decent. The hamburger meat wasn’t hot but the presentation looked really good and it didn’t taste bad it just wasn’t hot the bun was soft vegetables seemed fresh. The lady gave my dog some treats which they loved and I thought it was very nice too.

Ordered through the drive thru and they left out 2 items. Had to try to get their attention to get the items and the drive thru worker could not see us waving because they had so many ads for charity drives taped to the drive thru windows. So, we had to get their attention by honking our truck horn twice which angered the drive thru worker and she became very rude and obnoxious to us. She told me when I called to complain that the next time, I should just wait quietly until she notices me sitting there. Seriously? The girl, after giving me ONE of the 2 missing items, just walked away without a second glance or thought and I’m supposed to just wait quietly while she goes and chitchats with her co-workers and doesn’t make sure I have everything? I do confess when she said this to me, her attitude was so rude, I was rude right back to her.

I’m using one star because there isn’t a NO star option for the review. The girl at the window is so rude. First they forgot one if my burgers, I only realized this once we reached home so I had to drive all the way back then when I asked them they seemed annoyed that I was back,I also mentioned I asked for a medium fries an one large and got 2 medium.

Had an automated robot at the drive-through mic. Asked it they had wings because it wasn’t posted. Turns out the thing, got it right! Had to wait like 13 minutes, but I could tell they were fresh. Lil uneasy about the robot but great service.

The new automated order-taker is very weird. It’s rained robotic voice make me feel like I’m in a sci-fi movie. I have to say I do not like it at all it almost makes me not want to go here again which really sucks because it’s one of my favorite places to eat as far as fast food goes….

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. According to our receipt, Jadide took our order and she was rude and spoke like she was angry to be talking to us. My fiance was trying to be nice the entire transaction but unfortunately she made us incredibly uncomfortable. We have been coming to this rally’s since it opened but I do not think we will be returning. On top of that the food was cold and stale. I don’t leave negative reviews usually and I try to be an understanding person, but someone needs to teach this employee it’s not okay to treat and speak to people like that.
