Their food is always great for the most part, a lot of times I have gotten chicken tenders and they’re undercooked. However, this review is on their dwindling customer service. The girls there are never nice anymore, I walk up to the window and instead of greeting me they just stare at me until I start ordering and won’t say anything besides the total. Customer service goes a longgg way, tell your ladies to do better!

When I come to Wortingham , this place is my go to! Food is always hot and fresh, tea is fresh and the working staff is nice. I always get a 3 piece chicken which I must say the chicken breast are huge! I think 2 of them fill me up. You also get 2 sides and rolls with sides of honey and hot sauce as well! Jim’s does it right!

If your looking for Crispy fried chicken that’s served up quick, definitely stop if you are in Mexia. The sweet tea is served cold & the prices are very customer friendly. Definitely headed back to try the fried fish soon!

Amazing how much food you get for such cheap prices. I got a 3 tender combo with a massive drink, roll, fries, and gravy for less than $8 – that’s less than McDonald’s. And it tastes so much better, especially the rolls which were phenomenal. Friendly staff too.

Good homestlye food, and they’ll make it extra crispy if you ask. Good price. Absolutely love their okra! Catfish is wonderful and does NOT taste like mud. It’s delicious.
