Sinaloense truck is a delight to my mouth on wheels! Love this Salida neighborhood truck! Loved the flavor of the burrito 10 carne asada loaded and the shrimp tacos were delicious! Would definitely come back and tell my friends who are passing through. The burrito was super flavorful.

The best taco truck ever!! They started off small but they now do catering! That goes to show how good their food is! There is nothing on their menu I haven’t tried. The flavors.. the sauces… all amazing and unique they catered my nephews birthday party and I can say no one was disappointed!! If you don’t try one of their amazing dishes, shame on you!!

This food truck is serving some of the most authentic Mexican food out here in the Valley. Food was great, they don’t offer Aguas frescas, but have a selection of other drinks available. I loved the attention to detail of how my food was packaged for take-out. Adding the foil around the entire plate really helped my food not to get soggy. Thank you

I had the wonderful experience of trying Sinaloense while visiting from Chicago. We had their steak & barbacoa tacos along with their “Ceviche Crunch.” I loved it so much I came back with a bunch of my family also visiting from Texas a few days later. They currently have 3 picnic tables next to the truck with an impressive selection of bottled hot sauce to try. The prices are great and service is fast. Overall very clean and great quality. I can’t wait to come back on my next visit!!
