The food is pretty tasty, and the store is fairly clean. My problem is the bad attitudes of the employees helping you with the food. I pay $10-13 bucks , and the deadpan , negative expression of the people who are scooping up and slopping the items into your oval dish is degrading and classless. If the people serving the food right in front of your face have negative attitudes, then what about the people behind the scenes who actually make it! I had this happen tonight, and also the last time at the location in Huntington Beach! I blame poor management . I know they are only kids , but you have to have a bonus system and get people enjoying their jobs, I refuse to go back until I hear they have changed .
