As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

If I could leave a zero I would. Just left checkers and not one person acknowledged me or my family. We stood at the counter for 3 minutes and no one looked up at us. And the best part is, we were the ONLY customers. What’s the excuse to be so rude? All I wanted was a “I’ll be right with you.” OR ANYTHING. I suggest you clean house because that’s no way to run a business, now I see why the Opelousas don’t be shut down.

They forgot to give me my hot dog I order for my son after I asked if everything was in there and they reassured me it was and I order a number 11 and it is no different than the $1 burger I paid for. Traveling, we stopped here for dinner. Service wasn’t rude, but not exceptionally friendly either. Asking for ketchup seemed to be an imposition beyond belief (by the employee wearing a knit cap with a Marijuana plant logo on it). Also a printed sign is posted at the register charging a dollar for drink refills??? Is this corporate policy in this day and age? In hindsight, I’m willing to bet the staff don’t want to be bothered for refills (because there are no drink fountains for self service), and therefore use it as a deterrent, or a way to make extra cash. Either way, packing the cups full of ice is a d**k move. Food was great though! Almost always is! Customer service only exists at Chik-FIL-a these days…

First time I went there the service was slow and we were the only ones inside. The food was good so I decided to go back a second time. However, when I arrived even though the door and hours state the dining room is open every day until 10pm the door was locked with employees inside and cars in the drive through.

We went there for ice cream, they had to add to the machine. We were in no hurry so we waited. The staff was really friendly and acted like they cared and wanted to be there. It is so hard to get help these days but if you are there fake it ( act like you want to be there) no one wants to have to work but we do. They did a good job. The ice cream was good and the price was good.
