We are from Oklahoma and we are truck drivers so we were here in town at the pilot and we called and ordered a deep dish pizza. My heavens it was probably the best pizza. My husband and I have ever eaten and the service was amazing very friendly on the phone.

Got a deep dish. I’m a truck driver and this place is right down the rd from our drop lot. It was delicious. Couldn’t get the 25% off tuesday coupon to work online when I got to the store to pick it up the guy at the counter said no problem and discounted it there. He was super friendly which is something hard to find nowadays in service industry. Will definitely be back.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The person who answered the phone could not figure out how to place an order, he charged my credit card though. He had no name and no address or phone number then lost the order in the system. The manager had no idea what to do and said he can’t cancel orders. That person couldn’t understand that the first guy didn’t even get a name so his boss could void the order. Then hung the phone up on me. Filed a complaint with the BBB, this place never responded to them which the BBB said would hurt their rating. Had to cancel my credit card and get it reissued as to ensure they would not recharge the card. GARBAGE PLACE!

Placed our order at 6:03 pm. Email said it would be ready between 6:33 and 6:48. Hubby sends me a text at 6:50 and says they haven’t even started our order yet and it will be at least 15 more minutes… Now, we’re super reasonable people and we both understand that things happen, but missing an order completely was a little bit of a disappointment. And it wasn’t a small order or even a huge order. It was five items.

Ribs Nasty!!!!! Mushrooms watery!!! Not sure why people think so good. We never eat the pizza cracker crust. Need more pizza places in Channahon. Pizza for U not bad. We find ourselfs driving to Linda’s on Rayner. Excellent thin crust We prefer but all in good. Worth 20 minute drive ready when you get there.TRY IT WON’T DISSAPOINT.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they mess up our entire order, but I found black hair in my food. My boyfriend’s food had hair in it as well. When my mom called to tell them about how wrong our order was and ask them what we can do about this, the guy who answered did not want to deal with it and told us to just submit a complaint on GrubHub. It’s unfortunate because I haven’t had a bad experience like this with the Channahon Rosati’s, but after this I think I will take my business to the Minooka Rosati’s.

So I had this pizza literally on a Friday it is Monday and they said they don’t deliver to my address and they never had. The pizza was great the first time which made me lean over to purchasing something else from this place again. The food is good the laziness of the staff I guess depend on the day. Will update to 5 star if they continue to deliver to my house like grub-hub said. I can just go get it but it’s much easier to just get it delivered.
