Ordered yesterday and by far the worst pizza we ever ordered. I know good and well when they opened the box they saw both pizzas were burnt. You can tell they sat under the heating rack for awhile before delivered. But yet on the app it shows a part where they are doing “Quality Control”. This is the second time in a row this has happened with this location.

Don’t order a free rewards pizza they will make your delivery last place and it will be cold. I always try and throw something else (this time bread bites) in and put over a 25% tip but still make you wait over an hour for your food.

Not one to write reviews, but here goes. Tracker said it was ready, so I walked in to grab it. I was not rushing the guy, I was very friendly. However, he still wanted to have an attitude and be dismissive and rude. I get he was the only one there but I did not rush him, I didn’t say anything rude, and I was reassuring that there was no issue. Clearly the job had him flustered and it is too hard for him to manage on his own. That’s too bad because I always order from here and I always tip really really well because I understand how frustrating these types of jobs can be. I know it doesn’t matter much to y’all but here it is. Customer service is getting worse and worse. I’ll just go somewhere else. Cheers rude pizza guy, I won’t even say your name.
