Great service, good food, little wait! We were there 7-8 PM on a Tuesday (ihoppy hour) and ihop was about 1/3 full. There aren’t many parking spots in the lot, but there is a place for order pickup right by the door. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and got the option for a booth or table. Waiter was awesome and we waited about 15 minutes for food. The food was pretty good overall. The breakfast burrito needed the salsa (which was sweet- not super spicy at all). Their pancakes are always good The restrooms were pretty clean.

Saturday at noon, everyone likes breakfast, and this place was (I)hopping. For having a packed parking lot and nearly full building, we were seated on entering and had a great late breakfast with impeccable service. Never had to ask for another beverage or table need, and our server had a great attitude and smile – genuinely glad to take care of us. Whatever this manager and team.are doing, it’s going extremely well and keep up the great work, everyone! We will be repeat customers at this particular IHOP. Fabulous service, food was perfect and the atmosphere was good, even with a full house. Can’t go wrong!

Exactly what I needed for a great price. Despite my original waitress being busy, the hostess who seated me noticed my wait and took my order. I didn’t even wait very long, just a few extra minutes but I saw my waitress had a huge table with younger kids so that takes time understandably. The food came out quick and hot, I ordered chicken and waffles with chocolate chips and sugar-free syrup. It was delicious and presented very well. I live in CO but will be visiting again when I come up to Iowa again soon.

The bland pancakes that taste like they’ve been sitting out for days, the limp bacon that is more fat than meat, and the rubbery eggs that have lost all semblance of flavor. And let’s not forget the charming ambiance of a fluorescent-lit room filled with screaming children and exhausted parents.

It was slow that day, the servers were doing their jobs. The food was ok. Kind of a boring menu, no eggs Benedict The atmosphere is laid back in an institutional kind of way. If you like not having any distracting wall hangings or bouncy bubbly waitresses, then you should love this place.

The place is rather plain inside. It wasn’t very busy. The servers were on top of things. I liked that I was able to take the rest of my coffee in a to go cup. The atmosphere was blah. But more of a boring blah. Nothing bad though, just very institutional feeling.
