Went into order food, a donut and a sweet tea at 2pm. Was not busy at all. Sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting on something that should’ve taken 5. The girl that took our order asks us if we’re still waiting on our food when we didn’t even get anything. Finally got our food and we asked for the sweet tea. The guy was quick to answer back that he had to charge us for it even tho we already got charged. Then they completely forgot to give us our donut. We basically did their jobs for them. Terrible service and it wasn’t even busy. Do ur job right.

Stopped going here awhile back because it was rare that my coffee would be right. Pretty simple order, just a French vanilla coffee. I got used to checking it before I left to be sure it was right. Today was the first time I’ve gone back in about 5 months or so, and they still can’t get it right . It’s just a French vanilla coffee. There’s nothing quite like driving away and taking a sip of bitter coffee and almost spitting it out inside my car lol. The coffee here is too expensive to have these kinds of issues ‍♂️.

Purchased a dozen today. The cream filled ones had about 1/4 tsp of cream in them and all of the donuts are stale. Last time we will buy from DD. Krispy Kreme is worth the longer drive. By far the best quality. Very disappointed in DD.

I spent at least 5 minutes standing there, while employees who were socializing and NOT WORKING AT ALL, looked me right in my face. When I asked for help I was asked to hold on by another employee while the others stood and continued their conversation. I placed my coffee order only to wait at the pick up station for at least another ten minutes. I figured they were brewing fresh coffee, until I saw them pouring some for a drive thru customer I then sat on top of the counter and waited as the shift manager just watched me. After being fed up I asked her if there was enough hot coffee to make the single medium hot I ordered. She then ask me my order again and gave me my coffee. This was the longest and most painful experience I’ve had at a Dunkin. Give this a like if you found this review helpful or agreeable!

I understand short staff with covid a lot of things can go wrong. First off the girl taking our order inside was nice,but obviously was her first time working the register or is barely trained. She forgot to add our other drink to the order and mistyped our order. I paid for the other drink and made sure the order was correct. The older gentleman who was giving our food had the worst attitude. I informed him I ordered 3 sandwiches not 2,and he gave me extreme attitude and a dirty look which shocked other customers in the shop. I would not go back there, and not suggest anyone else to go there either.
