Me and my family was here about 20 min ago. This young girl was at the register I believe her name was sammie . She seems to be new I’m not sure she didn’t know how to do a split payment so she called some guy over his name was Keegan he started yelling at her in front Of everyone. She didn’t deserve to get yelled at she seems to be new like I said and the way that keegan talked to her was very disrespectful he needs to be fired (not the first time Ive seen him be rude) she didn’t know how to do a split payment was it that hard to walk over to her and show her nooo he Screamed at her In front of people he was beyond disrespectful. I wanted to get my money back. They need to learn how to talk to there employees and train them. You don’t yell at your employees in front of Costumers and my 6 year old son was in the store right along with 5 other people that seen this. My son and his dad come out and tell me what was going on so I went in there. The girl was helping a coustmer I waited and she asked me how can I help you I told her I was waiting for an order and I heard what happened and I would like his name she looked scared to tell me his name. He walked over and said what’s the problem she said nothing and then he walked away and started talking about us costumers Everyone in the lobby heard everything. We Waited over the time that they gave me and half my food was sitting there before they had the other food even done. Paid over $46.00 for some food that wasn’t right but I don’t want to call them because he might yell at me.

The salad I ordered with extra beets and tomatoes was missing a few ingredients. The young man who was working said he would give me a credit for my next order. Well when I called to order again it wasn’t notated. So the young lady who answered said sorry I don’t see it . Since I didn’t get what I paid for the first time . I, chose to not place the new order and go with your competitor for dinner. And to think the order before that I spent over 100 for a family gathering. Not good business .
