Moved here a couple months ago and have ordered from this pizza hut a couple times so far. I have ordered from other pizza huts and the pizza was so salty, but pizza from this location isn’t bad. Though I walked in to pick up and about four employees, that were just chit chatting with each other, looked at me and didn’t say anything. I was acknowledged and helped by an employee that was clearly busy preparing food items. (tall guy, curly black hair I believe, and had some facial hair I think. No nametags.)

I called in an order and was connected with the call center. That experience was not favorable but the way the manager at Edgewood, to whom I was transferred, handled things wonderfully. As a slightly frustrated customer I felt heard and taken care of. Thank you!!

Price is high, but this is normal now. Would appreciate more amount of pieces on the pizza. I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza. Was difficult to locate mushrooms and the amount of sausage was inadequate.

It’s been an hour since I ordered my pizza and wings. Delivery time said 25-35 minutes. I called and was told 10 more minutes… Doordash delivered my food, I ordered directly from Pizza Hut. Food is cold, soggy, & undercooked. Had they quoted the hour plus delivery time I would have gladly took my business elsewhere. Never again! Smh
