I ordered a small hero sub from here as a new customer! Although the sub tasted really good it was tiny – definitely felt less than 6 inches. The cookie and the sandwich were the same size. The cookie also tasted old or like it was frozen then unthawed before being sold. It literally crumbled as I took the wrapping off. Not sure if I would go back. I think I can get more bang for my buck else where.

Friendly people. Food was good! I order the regular hero sub and it was made fresh and hot. The Chicken/Dumplings soup was nice and hot. Will be back. Place was clean including the restroom.

Sarah and her staff are fantastic! Store is anyways clean and inviting. I’m welcomed by name every time I come in. My orders are always correct, and fresh. Never been there before. Staff was friendly and helpful. The young lady who took my order was polite, and have good recommendations for a sub. She explained that their subs were toasted and severed topped with melted cheese. A customer there, she called him Mike, suggested I get my sub with banana peppers, I took his advice and it was a great sub. Definitely going to go back.

First time here, we were the only people in the place, ordered 2 sandwiches and with a staff of 4 it took over 15 minutes to get our food. Not sure if it normally takes that long, but for $30 for 2 meals it should be faster. Not sure we will be back, unless we have the time to spare.

Their menu board has the price for a large meatball sub as $12.29 and the register charged me $12.49 not a big difference but be sure to check your receipt as they are overcharging at the register. Also Firehouse subs has to have someone else respond to their reviews. Any bad review gets a canned response showing they don’t want to acknowledge them personally rather than a personal heartfelt caring response. All the good reviews get a personal response. Hey Firehouse Subs that’s not the way customer service is supposed to work.

Sandwich was good. But we ordered online and many topping choices weren’t as we ordered. Also, skip the salad and “mac’n cheese soup” it was so yuck…. but again, sandwich tasted good. Overall rating of “Meh.”
