The customer service from the shift manager was fantastic and earned the second star. Ultimately, the medium pizza was as salty as the floor was sticky (why?), and the order was not ready anywhere near the “about 20 minutes” that I was told. The pulled pork calzone was off-putting. For $35, I expect more.

I visited this location and had a great experience. I’m from Trotwood but I’ve been living in Georgia for the last 17 years. Whenever I’m in town I love to stop by Cassano’s Pizza. The shift manager Bradley did an outstanding job. He’s very professional and friendly at the same time. Overall, I had a remarkable experience thanks to Bradley. I will be back the next time I visit.

Called and ordered mushroom steak sandwich. No tomato sauce a little more done bread. Bread was burnt and they put tomato sauce on it. Called back and talked to the same girl who took my order. She remembered my order. I’m 76 yrs. old and told her I didn’t want to come back and asked what they were going to do. I was told they would give me 2.00 off my next visit. I asked if she was kidding and she said no. So for not giving me a full credit they chose to lose a customer!

Lunch was 15 dollars for a sub and fountain drink pop. Pop machine leaking water off end onto mat on floor everytime I went to fill my cup. Sub arrived and it was luke warm. Cheese barely melted and steak pattie not even warm. No did not mention this to them because if I am the ONLY customer in the entire dining room I am sure this was their standard way of preparing the food. Really used to enjoy cassanos too. Last time I got a pizza from their same case cold and that was picking it up and going straight home and I live fairly close to their. May try a different location but definitely won’t be returning to this location

Of the large pizza chains, this has to be my favorite… this or Donatos…either way I enjoy the thin crust…and I found out that I also like the BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple. Yeah, I’m that guy, pineapple on a pizza does it for me. Don’t be scared, give it a try… you might just like it.

Decent pizza, but slow service, repeatedly. Cassano’s has a decent thin crust pizza. If they have it in stock their old world pepperoni is really good. However, their estimated times for pick-up are always way off. Sometimes by as much as 30 minutes. Sometimes even when there doesn’t seem to be any other customers or orders at all, so there’s no logic as to why yours couldn’t have been done when you got there. I think they just ignore orders that are coming in and then when someone walks in the door to pick it up they realize, “Oh shoot, we should have been working on this!” I’ve been ordering elsewhere more often because of this problem.

ordered a grilled chicken sub, paid extra for onions and xtra mayo. No onions no extra mayo. This bread is dry and over toasted. Normally, their subs are great. But this??? The worst thing I eaten in a long time. Called the call center they told me to take it back to store. Lady, I am already back to work. She said they will take it back up to 24 hours. (Insert eye roll here.)
