Pizza is always good but be prepared to wait 30+ minutes AFTER your pickup time to actually get your food. They are understaffed and super slow, it makes ZERO SENSE. Long gone are the days of “Hot and Ready” and delivering pizza orders on-time from this location.

Honestly if I could give negative here I would. The worst experience here yet by far! I can’t believe this place is still in business with how terrible they are. Just tried to order a pepperoni pizza for delivery as I am pregnant and sick and didn’t want to drive. I was told it would be an hour okay that fine I can wait. 2 hours later the doordash driver has changed 3 times and the tracker has reset 3 times. Tried calling the store twice to no avail and then just called delivery customer service to cancel the order.

if i could give this place no stars i would! give them the benefit of the doubt and still leave absolutely frustrated! placed an online order 45 minutes before i scheduled pickup and STILL had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled time! on the portal they placed my order in the oven 4 minutes before i was to pick my order up! i don’t know who they have running this establishment but clearly lacks management skills and how to run an establishment. corporate needs to come in and clean house and train competent people!

I have been to this Little Caesars a few times in the past three years that I have lived near it. EVERY SINGLE TIME it is an awful experience. There is always a wait even if you place an order online, like every other commenter has said. There have been times when I have had to wait an hour past my pickup time for my order.

Like everyone else is saying, I’ve ordered ahead takeout pizza here twice now in two years while shopping nearby. I thought maybe it was just an anomaly or mistake the previous time and I’d give them another try. Arrived at the pickup time I was told and both times they hadn’t even started it yet? So I said nevermind then, and drove away to eat elsewhere. I understand things can get busy at times and perhaps they’re understaffed, but if it appears it’s going to be an hour, just say that. Don’t say it will be ready in 25 minutes.

I would rate this store and honest ZERO. This is by far the worst Little Caesars I have seen. They have one employee with at least 5-10 customers standing in line plus the drive through. The phones do not get answered, there is nothing ready, and you are constantly waiting at least an hour to 2 hours for your food. This place used to stand by their “hot and ready” but now they don’t even recognize that slogan. This used to be one of the best, and now it’s one of the worst. I would 100% support the closing of this business.

Why is there even a store in Mansfield, Ohio? Why is there even a drive though?? Air flow, to blow the attitude out? Today is the 3rd time we tried to get Little Caesars Pizza, key word TRIED!! The “Hot and Ready” deal we went for would be ready in 30 to 45 mins….new meal should be called hurry up and wait! The workers are rude! The store is dirty, I know this because of 5mins or so waiting at the window NO ONE acknowledged us!! So we went in!! Needless to say, no pizza, no apologies, Nothing. Word of advice: if you have to wait 30 to 45 mins….call pizza hut, donotoes, dominoes ect.

They weren’t answering the phone (I was standing in the shop for over an hour and it was not answered) and the web app wouldn’t accept the gift card that we had. So I had to walk into the shop and order. I was told it would be 30 minutes. It was 60 minutes. The pizza was good and the price probably the lowest in town. But was it worth the trouble? Hmmmm.
