Super bummed and want my money back but who wants to go all the way back. For 11.03 for one sandwich I should have more then basically lettuce. Two little pieces of meat for 11 dollars and I can’t even cut the bread with a knife it’s like cardboard. I never like to leave a bad review but for the price the quality of my sandwich is horrible. Especially the old bread . Super sad because I loved Jimmy johns. To he fair I also think it’s who is there making them. The girl with glasses does a superb job and I love my number 2. Unfortunately the two boys there today did a really bad job on looking over the quality and how it is made. I’d continue to go if I knew the girl was there. Wish it didn’t have to be hit or miss

i ordered a tuna sandwhich after waiting at the window for 9 minutes no cars in front of me at all. I get a welcome to jimmy johns when i first get there. try to give my order no one answers after that. gave my order 3 separate times. and they still gave my a turkey sandwich

I was getting my nails done a few doors down and needed to grab a quick dinner for my family and I. I hadn’t been to a Jimmy Johns before. What a treat!!! From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me and asked if I knew what I wanted or if I needed a minute to pick something out. I told them I hadn’t been there before so they asked what things I liked. Turns out I’m a #17 kind a’ girl. They were a really fun bunch of people. I could tell they like what they do and were knowledgeable in their product to steer me in the right direction. They got my sandwiches done quickly. When I got home my kiddo and I were REALLY happy with the choice I made for us. The bread…. LEMME TELL YA!!!!

Man, what has happened to this location. Yesterday you guys had no bread and had to cancel my order, today you’re service is extremely slow. I placed my order online and had to wait half an hour for my sandwich. Unacceptable! Practice what you preach. I order way ahead of time and was almost late to work because of you. Of course there’s no way for me to cancel my order on the app so I wasn’t willing to throw my money away
