This place is a gem! The ambiance and decor is the best in Hartford. The customer service was exceptional. The drinks are good and they have a great selection. The food was delicious and I’m looking forward to going back. I highly recommend the experience.

I’m leaving this review just so that this a learning experience for the restaurant. I attended a party of 15 at this establishment in which we had a reservation. The restaurant was not packed at all. The staff was unprepared and inexperienced when it came to service. As they didn’t even know what “jack” was. (Please get certified bartenders) They had no idea how to make a drink and no one ever tended to our table.

There’s a nice pavilion to sit outside and enjoy your meal. Went there and ordered a specialty beer and they did a great job with it. Very nice and kind crew they got there. Would recommend this place, especially if you want to take a woman on a date. This would be the fancy Italian restaurant to go to

Food is decent. Rather pricey for some items. Not very accommodating after I placed an order on the phone. They didnt have fries even after my order was already placed (with fries being a part of my order) and their panini press wasnt working. After talking to owner, only gave me $5 back. Not to mention, I waited for well over an hour. Need to work on fixing poor customer service and need to be more efficient and consistent with the taste of food. Also, when speaking to customers on the phone, please make sure you aren’t talking to anyone else, that’s very rude.
