Bake My Day Cafe is a food truck that specializes in BBQ and Mac n Cheese. As the name does imply, we do offer baked goods but only for Christmas. We used to do baked goods year-round when we were in a farmer’s market. In 2019 we picked up our food trailer and no longer have the space or time to commit to baked goods along with our regular menus. As I said we do specialize in BBQ and Mac n Cheese but those are not the only things that we offer. We do nachos, sausage sandwiches, breakfast (only at multiple day events), and our sweet tea is famous. If you see us out come try us. Food was absolutely awesome! Owners were incredibly friendly and service was quick! I’m very picky about BBQ and this place checked all the boxes. Brisket was tender, smoky and juicy. And the coleslaw was a slam dunk. Whatever y’all are doing, keep doing it because your food was insane!
