Location should just lock the doors at lunch if there isn’t going to be a dedicated person to make walk-ins. This place is essentially online focused and makes solo sandwich walk-ins wait 15-20 minutes with an empty seating area.

I ordered a couple sandwiches for the game through Door Dash. Order arrives but missing my sandwich. Hangry and looking to get something to eat I Called the actual store. I didn’t want to tip another driver to bring me what I already paid for. I want to shout out the guys at the shop who took care of me. Without any discussion Ryan the store manager told me they’d bring me out another sandwich. Hunter showed up, I offered a tip, he refused and gave me a coupon for another sandwich. Mistakes happen but I’m cool with making up for it and these guys rocked it. Much appreciated for the exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond what’s expected. I’ll be ordering Ike’s moving forward, especially from this spot on Santa Rita. Thank you guys!

They did not start on my online order until I had already gotten to the location and waited 30 minutes- additionally, I was double charged for my order. When I called they promised a refund and I’ve gotten nothing in terms of a refund. Called again twice and phone rang with no one answering.

I used to like Ike’s a lot, but the quality is going downhill fast. The bad news is that they don’t do anything about it. It’s sad. They need to upgrade the breads asap and focus on the quality because “ there is no substitute for quality”.
