Ordered ahead online and chose the “pickup in store” option since the order was large. When we went to pick up the food the front door was locked. The employee at the front counter watched us try to open both doors but did not motion for us to go to drive thru. He just looked at us and did not acknowledge. There was no note on the door that pickup in store was not available. Went through drive thru. The drive thru associate was more friendly. Pizza was okay but not great.

Not a great day for little Caesar’s. 15 minutes turned into 45. No apology nothing. They pulled me to the front and when I went in my food was sitting in the warmer. They forgot I was waiting. Sad.

Very poor timing. I placed my order online at 10 am for my stepson birthday party today. The order was suppose to be ready between 315-320. No worries. My husband goes to pick the pizza up when he got off and they had just put it in the oven. There was a reason to place the order for a certain time. I get there’s other orders. Dont allow us a pick up time if you can’t keep up. My husband had to stand in the store and pick up our order while others are simply driving through drive thru to pick theirs up.
