I know it happens quite often at every food service. But when you get a hair 8 inches long now someone’s not paying attention or it was purposely done. Jus saying. The hair comes from underneath the scoop of ice cream all covered in chocolate.

It truly depends on the employees as to the service. This particular time it was a hassle to order our food. And then the result was as if we had a total misunderstanding. But, the result is based on what menu board you order from. If you only pay $7, it is more like a kids meal. You can “upsize” to a small blizzard. I still got the drink with the meal. No tea. All soda, so I drank water. I just wanted chicken strips. Order the higher priced meal such as 4 or 6 chicken nuggets and you get a large blizzard. Now I’m wondering if I paid for the drinks the time before and didn’t get them?! This was a different time of day and different manager. Nice and cool inside. But, I will check who is working before I buy again.

The last 5 times I’ve gone, always ask for a simple CHEESECAKE with BROWNIES blizzard and ALWAYS gets some random blizzard. Today I got the mint blizzard. Far from cheese cake. Thanks kids! Guess I’ll drive across town.

Just got back from DQ for my grand kids . I sat at the drive up window for 61/2 minutes. When I pulled up one sundae was done .And I watched the second one come then no more. Then 5 minutes later the third one got there and the last one . The ice cream was melted in the first one and so was the second . By the time I got home 2 miles away and only 2 lights the third was on its way. The best part I took a cooler and refrigerated them on the way home . Very disappointed in the way the staff handled this one. Poor training on managements part.

Hiring nothing but little kids is probably the reason there’s such a lack of customer service here. I’m not expecting over the top enthusiasm, however attitude is completely unnecessary. Couldn’t get names because it is as if they hide their name tags. Many workers just standing around yet I have to wait more than a few minutes for a simple blizzard when there’s obviously no other customers in drive thru or in store. It’s hard to avoid this store as it is the cleanest of the two in this town.
