Let me preface this review by saying Harvest House has always been good to me, it’s just these last few weeks that their food has been abysmal. I went here with my girlfriend and her family two consecutive Mondays and these were the worst experiences I’ve had here. On Mondays, they serve $1 hamburgers so we’d go out to get some and sides. The first time the wait was almost two hours, as they had run out of patties. Understandable, maybe they had a big crowd, so we gave them another chance. The food was good as well. This last Monday, once again the wait time was over two hours, for the same reason; no hamburger patties. Now it was annoying and seemed to me mostly like a lack of planning, as a business which sells discounted burgers should plan to have many people buy those burgers, more than usual. On top of that, they didn’t have any fries, okay strange but fine, they didn’t have any curly fries either, dang. Inconvenient but they at least had tater tots. What I didn’t know was that these tots would be the most atrocious I have ever seen. When I took a bit into them, they were crunchy and hard, and upon trying to rip them in half with my fingers, not only did they completely crumble like a clump of sand, but it also seemed like there wasn’t any potato in there at all! But the two hour wait was worth it, as I finally got to eat my frozen hamburger patties with no tomato (they were out of that as well). So, in its current state, I cannot recommend The Harvest House, at least on a Monday. Either this establishment needs to have better foresight and planning, or customers should stay away from here (might I recommend the not so far Heart & Soul Kitchen). One thing positive I must say about this place is that the wait staff is very kind, patient, and understanding. They let us send back out tater tots to try to get better ones. But with these glaring flaws I am afraid I am not able to give it any rating higher than two stars.

Fried chicken was cold, not warm but cold. The okra felt like it came straight out of the fridge. Mashed potatoes were warm-ish.

Harvest is another one of our go-to favorites when we are in the Kansas, OK area. We are always impressed with our experience. The wait staff is friendly, the prices are reasonably and the food is always good. Today we are off the senior menu. I had grilled chicken with mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans and toast. Yum. My husband had a chopped steak with fried okra, mashed potatoes and toast. Each had a different gravy on the mashed potatoes. We are never disappointed. And the portion sizes are just right! Will go back again.

Use to be a good place to meet family and have a good meal while catching up…..Not anymore! Always running out of fries, slower than molasses, and don’t seem real concerned that you have to wait an hour for your food even when you have a reservation. Unfortunately they need to bring in some 30-40 yr old ladies to “RUN” this place so the older ladies can retire and the teenagers can stay home and play on their phones.

The best place to go for any food occasion really. The catfish dinner on Fridays is always amazing, their Indian tacos exquisite, and in the morning the best ham and cheese omelet I’ve ever had. I’ve been spoiled in their cooler slaw too. Can’t find better anywhere else

Overall a good breakfast place and worth a stop. Pretty good food, busy for a Sunday but not too long of a wait.

Their catfish on Friday nights is always so good, but this time it was different. We weren’t able to eat all of ours because it tasted dry, and maybe like it had set under the heat lamp too long. The baked potatoes are always very good, and the cole slaw too. We will continue to go there every chance we get because their catfish is great, their service is always with a friendly smile, and the place is always crowded.

The Harvest House has went down hill very fast in the past year. We have eaten there for years. Lately the food is way overpriced if they even get your order right. One order was supposed to have a baked potato, it had instant mashed potatoes. The salads had no cheese or tomato, they said they were out. The phone is off the hook all the time.

Pretty good food, clean dining and friendly staff. I’ve had a few of their burgers and they are really good. Today I had the chicken fried steak sandwich with onion rings and I enjoyed every bite.

We stopped in for dinner while traveling on Father’s Day. We loved it & will definitely make it our normal stop every time we are traveling to tulsa to visit our family! Excellent mom & pop quality food for outrageously affordable prices with a nice selection higher priced dishes like Ribeye as well.
