What in the world is going on here? Just came here to order a drink and some food and it’s a disaster. The kid working the register is clueless, barely spoke and had no idea what he was doing, maybe he’s new. The girl making the food is fast but didn’t get my order right. Asked for extra butter on my bagel and they barely put any on at all so I’m eating a dry piece of garbage, the bagel is stale. I also ordered a donut which I never got. The manager comes out and starts moaning about the drink machine not working then starts asking people what they ordered. A disorganized mess here!

Love going to this Dunkin, very convenient for my work commute. The staff are all very sweet, but please god get them more staff. I have to order online almost 20 mins before getting there to make sure my stuff is ready. And I feel awful in the morning when the line is out the door and there is only 2 people working. You can see the panic in their face. Do them a favor, hire more people!! It’s not right having to work like that.

I frequent this location daily. There has been signs on the door we are closed due to noone available to open. Been days when no cream was available. Also days when registers are updating and can’t get service. Come in 20 min before 7pm and the male employee says I can’t serve you because we are counting the register. Guess my money is no good. Destiny and Tanisha keep the place rolling along with Serina and Tabitha. Hope the new manager does better than the last one Christina whom was Disrespectful to me on many accounts. In closing the coffee and doughnuts are always good and I still continue to spend money at this Southford location.

Must have been a new employee…. didn’t know what he was doing. Breakfast sandwiches on bagels were burnt and by the time he put the cream cheese on one the bagel was cold. Same with the sausage egg and cheese. I will not go back
