A good Five Guys experience. Despite the evening rush this spot was clean and well staffed. A quick miss on a burger tossing was quickly fixed with a smile. Only 4 stars for atmosphere. The Coke freestyle machines were a treat, but a double edged service sword. More choices mean more syrups to run out. The minus one star was for the ice/syrup refill reminder bell/chime. Good job over all. Always worth a visit for yummy burgers and abundant fries.

All sizes of fries should have extra fries in the bag. The fries are not considered “crispy.” Five Guys serves boardwalk-style fries, which are soft inside and firm on the outside, but don’t have the “crispy” quality found in other style fries. Perfectly cooked fries will consist of a firm outer shell and a mashed-potato-like inside, Fries will have the skins on.

Asked for a large order of fries with very little salt. I got them & they were so heavily salted that I could not eat them. The order slip & my receipt specifically said ” lightly salted”. The dining area was messy & dirty. The box of free peanuts was empty. I had to pick through broken shells to find a few peanuts in the shell. I will not go to that location in Sutton, MA again.

NOT GOOD, just waited 20 minutes, in Sutton, MA for french fries, watched the person load up other bags, got only 2 cups of fries, no extra, 14 bucks with a tip. It is cause I came from work and was wearing a TIE- you suck!!!! ZERO STARS
