I always go here for breakfast and lunch! I always receive warm welcomes whenever i stop in! I have a soft spot for Mom and Pop restaurants. This one is definitely one of my favorites in the DFW area. Especially the breakfast! You can tell the food is made with love.

Came in for a quick lunch. They are now open until 3pm. Had a simple double burger and fries. Patty is hand pressed , not a frozen one from a bag. Shoestring Fries were crispy and good. They do breakfast and lunch. My meal was worth giving breakfast a try.

I expected to see food like the pictures online. The food is very basic. I had the 1 egg platter. The bacon was very greasy and limp. The hash browns were very undercooked. The biscuits and gravy were ok and the drink machine was down so I couldn’t order coffee and had to buy a drink out of the cooler with no type of discount for it. Not that I needed it but again, your drink machine is inop, customer service. The atmosphere is very quiet with no vibe or feeling of warmth. You almost feel out of place. I thought I would like it and found something closer to home but I didn’t. I’ll definitely stick to driving to River Oak Cafe.

This is a nice little cafe! I needed a quick breakfast this morning and came in and got bacon, eggs, and hash browns. It was really good! They have Gold Peak iced tea in bottles, which is really good. The owners are a very nice couple. I loved the pictures of the famous George’s on the wall. I’ve not been in for lunch, but the menu looks great. Highly recommended!

Small portions of bland, completely unspectacular food. Atmosphere is slightly shady and unwelcoming. Stopped in while getting my car worked on and will not be back. Burrito pictured cost me $8.00.

A quiant counter service establishment and the food was incredible. I had a bacon double cheese burger and fries. The burger was hot and fresh, hand pressed beef, the bacon wasn’t pre-cooked frozen bacon it was fat juicy bacon, and the fixins’ were fresh. The fries were fresh shoestring style fries, which in my opinion are the better fry. I work merely seconds from here and always wanted to stop in. Glad i did today. Will definitely be back.
