This Little Caesars Pizza joint does not cook the right pizza based on advertisement. The “pretzel crust” is basically a regular crust with salt poured over it. I wonder if corporate is aware of the workers selling the pretzel crust pizza without the pretzel? Either way, if you’re looking for a quick pepperoni pizza, then this is probably the way to go, but don’t expect to get any specialty pizzas done the right way. I guess it is what you get when you hire the “C team” to run your joint.

Let me start off by saying I ordered in advance and had to wait a good while for my pizzas and bread. My crazy bread was a little overcooked and my supreme deep dish was missing the pepperoni and a little under cooked. I do have to say my pizzas were loaded and wouldn’t of noticed the pepperoni if it weren’t for my teenage daughter. I’ve had issues with this store before and they were always quick to correct it. When I got there tonight I’m pretty sure there was only one gentleman in the store. He greeted me upon entering and told me he would be right with me. I proceeded to watch him run around the entire store from the drive through to the back and outside multiple times. I did not observe anyone else in the store with him. He was professional, friendly and on top of it. I’ve been in the food industry for a good 13 years and know most of the time it’s a thankless job. I didn’t get his name but I thank him greatly for the hard work and effort he put in. If the company is reading this I’m sure you can figure out who he is and his name. Even though my order wasn’t absolutely correct or quick, I’m not complaining. I’m saying give this man a raise. He absolutely deserves it.

Very rude staff and your management team advocate and defends employee instead of the customer. I was very polite to your cashier and she was very rude each of my visit. It’s such a shame that little Caesar’s would treat customers that spend money at their store like their money isn’t worth respect!

As I sit here and eat an excellent pizza, hot and covered with great toppings, I want to give this store a 5 star rating, but sadly I can’t. it’s my home store in my app with it being close to my house and having a drive thru, wahoo! But tonight, I ordered and picked up through the drive thru only to find when I got home, my pizza was wrong. I’m pretty easy going so I tried to let it work but my family members had allergies to one of the toppings, so I called the manager. She was AWESOME!! Invited me back for a new pizza plus she gave me breadsticks and a drink for my trouble. PERFECT customer service! If that were the end of the story, she’d have 5 stars but unfortunately it wasn’t. I got home and the second pizza was wrong too. This time, the family could eat it so we were fine.

Found hair in my pizza, worst experience ever, i know little cesars has a very good pizza and good people working out there,but after complainting for waiting time on a regular pizza, all i found was a pizza full of hair!? I dont even want to know from where, all i can tell you, it runs from teenagers only and that is what they do for whoever complaints about them, feel like suit them, nasty.

Horrible customer service. Jocelyn should learn how to handle Situations instead of yell at a customer over the phone. I called to let them know that my pizzas are burnt and dry. I do not have the extra time to sit and wait for a new order. This could have been resolved if they would check the pizzas before giving them to the customer. Jocelyn should learn how to do her job.
