We ordered three items and they were 3 for 3 for getting the order incorrect. After 15 min of trying to get the proper food, we just left. The girls were trying, but failed miserably. On the way out, a drive thru customer was walking in, complaining about his incorrect order….LOL. we won’t return.

On May 13th we went into Tim Hortons and bucyrus cuz dozen of donuts for double chocolate for Boston cream and four honey dip clays one of the Boston creams. We had no filling in it. Two of them had three of them. Had almost no filling in it. Do not recommend this place anymore. It’s getting worse and worse

I was at the bucyrus Ohio Tim Hortons and I ordered a bacon cheese egg biscuit. I told them twice no cheese. They didnt have hash browns. I got my order. Coffee was good blue muffin was good cold usually I get a warm in other Tim Hortons. My sandwich had cheese it was cold and couldn’t eat it. It was terrible bacon was raw. They handed my sandwich to me and then my blueberry muffin no bag to put both items in. By far this is the worst Tim Hortons I have been at.

Customer service here is horrible every single time. My husband went through the drive thru to get breakfast and heard the staff laughing in the background. When he got to the window, the manager was laughing and said she dropped his box of donuts (which only had 2 of the 4 Boston Cream donuts we wanted to begin with because that is all they had) so she had to fill the box with donuts we didn’t really want. He didn’t get his frozen hot chocolates, which he found out weren’t even on the order because they were laughing and messing around while he was ordering and didn’t hear him. When he got home and told me all this, I called to talk to the manager to say that the staff is very unprofessional and laughing, all she could say was they try to have a good time. She admitted she was the one who dropped the donuts. She did not try to apologize for the bad customer service or anything. I called the Tim Hortons customer service line. This has been happening for at least a year now, and we have given them numerous chances but today was the last straw. I have never had such bad customer service and hope the owner starts to care more about what is happening in his or her restaurant or it will be closed because of no customers.

I can not express how much I hate this tim hortons. When it first came to Bucyrus I loved it and was super excited. Then it started going downhill. Multiple times I have tried to order a dozen of donuts they either told me they were out of donuts, they just couldn’t do it, or they were out and I ask for fresh and they tell me it will take 1 hour to make them and then when I picked them up they were old and crusty probably from days ago so I brought them back in and threw them on the counter. The drinks are terrible and have no flavor. The employees are always rude and throw the food out the window at you trying to rush you out. I just went threw and tried to order a frozen hot chocolate and she then paused and then said they can’t sever that because they don’t have the machine for it. I asked if it was just today or if they would never sell it again and she told me it doesn’t look good. So to me I assume she just didn’t want to serve me because she didn’t feel like working. When I drove up I couldn’t even tell if they were open because there were no cars and no employees that I could see standing inside. I recommend going anywhere but this place. It is a joke.

Went to get grilled cheese for grandaughter, machine was broken. Ordered chips….couldn’t heat them. Place was very dirty. Took her to bathroom…had to gag it was so disgusting. Being only 7 years old, she would not use the dirty bathroom. What has happened to this place. I will not be going back. After seeing how dirty it was, the food has to be dirty also. Beware people!!!

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! I was in the drive thru trying to decide what items I wanted to order and the ENTIRE TIME, I was being rushed. When I made it to the window, I was counting some change to use as payment and the manager whom was being so impatient, loudly says over the cashier’s shoulder, “SERIOUSLY?”…. If I’m a paying customer, and I need to count some change up to pay for my order, what is the issue?? Tim Hortons franchise should SERIOUSLY take a look at this location. Every time I come to this store the coffee is nasty, the donuts are hard and the staff is rude as hell. If this was my only experience with a Tim Hortons, I would never recommend.

Tim Horton’s (Bucyrus Ohio) will not be receiving my business anymore. Should’ve received $8.25 change back. She only gave me .25 cents back. I said where is my $8 at. She close the window and walked away. Three other workers came over what’s going on. Well I tried to explain to these three other workers. After my daughter and I saw her stick the $8 in her pocket. They told me I would have to come back tomorrow to speak with the general manager. Because they can’t give me my $8 back. I said we saw her stick it in her pocket. I wasn’t the only one there complaining that they was money not returned to them (their change). Tim Hortons in Bucyrus will not get my business anymore. I know $8 might not seem much but $8 is $8.

I’ve gone to this place on 3 separate occasions at 3 different times and not once did they have any of their regular menu items available. The last time I went it was 1 o’clock and the drive through worker said “we are actually out of bread”. Like how are you open? It’s 1 on a Sunday and you can’t make any of your sandwich items. I’m only writing this because this location has not once provided me with a sandwich because they’ve been out of the ingredients. I understand this has nothing to do with the regular employees but whoever is in charge of ordering has messed up a lot.
