I’d LOVE to rate this location a 5-star, but I CAN’T because it seems there are ALWAYS shortages of menu items. In the last 2 months, every single visit has been marred by missing ingredients. Maybe after things have been restocked, refreshed and reorganized, I’ll be able to give the business a well-deserved 5-star review! I CAN, in the meantime, give a big thank you to the staff for their smiles, kindness, and pleasant disposition. Thanks and great job everybody!

Unfortunately, there is poor customer service on weekday mornings. Today, for example, I ordered a large coffee with 3 cream, 3 sugar, 3 mocha and repeated the order for clarity. I was handed a very light colored coffee, so I politely asked if it had mocha. The girl at the window said it did. I checked the sticker, and there was no mocha listed, so I politely asked for her to add it. No big deal. She took the drink and came back swirling it, but there was clearly still no mocha added. It’s fine if you mishear the order, but when asked to fix it, why would you not just do so? And why would you act like you fixed it, but obviously did not? It’s petty and childish.

Stay away from here. Cold sandwiches, no glaze or sprinkle donuts for weeks and a very nasty manager. Been going here for years and it’s been great until the last 12 months. New staff leaves hot sandwiches in the window to get cold while you pay…. went in to complain and was told to “get over it.” Called corporate to complain. Will never go here again! Would give ZERO stars if I could!

Watch out when you order on the mobile app or through the drive thru. They always get the “manager’s special” wrong which is supposed to be the chocolate glazed with cream filling, not the powdered with cream filling. Check your order before you go. Overpriced for the quality.

This Dunkin is the most convenient for me after dropping my son off but, my coffee cup is never filled to the top and they never put whipped cream when I ask. None of my coffee taste like what I ordered(weather through the app or order at the window). Honestly I think the staff needs to be retrained on how to make drinks.

my friend and I went for dinner here. the staff was incredibly rude to us. They shrieked in our faces and screamed in the back like little kids while customers were in the store. They messed up my order by putting cheese on it even though I have a dairy allergy and get very sick with cheese so I nicely asked them to take it back. Instead of being nice and apologizing they laughed in our face and made the new sandwich and never apologized. never going back here again.

Stopped here to us the bathroom, one of the staff members walked in on me while I was using it. He apologized which was appreciated. But then when leaving out and returning the bathroom key I was greeted by the entire staff at the front counter. Each one looking at me in discuss as if I was talked about after being walked in on. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had.

My 4th visit here in 1 month and my lst one! They lock both restrooms and write notes on doors, my dollar stops here and will never return to this location. Owners always say someone is in restroom, however no one is when you knock on door. I hope the owners learn a solid lesson from many repeat customers boycotting the place.
