Good pizza! Have had Pappa John’s in a long time. Also while I was in to pick up my order, I was asked if tht homeless man was still out there across the way of the parking lot. I said yeah he was just out there as I was pulling in.. and the worker said.. ok, thank you.. I’m going to go make him a pizza now. . Tht was one of the sweetest things.. to see this man to see this man care Abt and for a homeless man. Thts rare these days..so thank you sir who ever u we’re (didn’t catch his name) keep up the good work. We r all in this together.

Ordered Spicy Italian which was supposed to have pepperoni and double spicy Italian sausage…no pepperoni and very little sausage. Also ordered Hawaiian BBQ Chicken which was supposed to have pineapple…no pineapple. Didn’t discover this until I got home with pizzas..a 20 min. drive. Won’t be going back!

I got a 3 topping special delivered was $20 and I’m very disappointed. It’s barley any pepperoni which I feel is a rip off. No one told me that if I were to get extra cheese or more then one topping the portions would be lowered. I mean just look at this mess. If their gonna do this mess they should at least warn people first.

Best pizza ever!! I had a small meat, sis got a small pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, and black olive, she raved on hers too. We sat out on the bench and waited for them. The cook brought them out to us when they were ready. So so good like a pizza should be. 10 thumbs up for this place! Love it, only place I will go!

My fiancé ordered 2 pizzas. One was just fine the other however was horrible. Ordered extra toppings and it looked like half the normal amount was put on there. And then the garlic sauce they put in was completely opened and soaked on the pizza and got everywhere as it leaked through the box. When I called and spoke to a manager she had an attitude for one and said “it would be a long while before another one would be sent”. So not only did we wait an hour from the original order that was messed up, I spoke to a rude lady who sound like she could care less that her team messed up but didn’t try to make things better just saying “it would be a long while”. Very poor customer service, poor supervision of a team, poor problem solving.

I order from this Papa Johns at least a couple times a month. My order is always right and it’s always hot. This isn’t one of those places that’s stingy on the toppings. Turn around time on orders is on point and the tracking feature in the app is pretty accurate. Drivers are always polite and friendly.

The pizza is awesome at this place. The one star is for the ordering process. I have always called the local store, yeah there might a wait, but the locals know the menu and English. Tried to order yesterday and got a new phone menu which requires that I press a button. Hard to do while using hands free phone. Then the call rolled to a call center with someone who didn’t know English. I just hung up because they couldn’t get my name right. If you order through the app, you are probably fine, but call in for a carry out or delivery order is impossible now.

Cant do 0 stars???? Worst pizza experience ever… we ordered two 3 topping large pizzas for an online special . Two cheese pizzas showed up and we called to see if they could credit us. They said that is the order they received and that the 2 cheese pizzas would have been the same price as 2 three topping pizzas????? We asked for the manager and the young lady said she was the manager and that there was nothing they would do… her name was summer and we will never order from this store ever again…. ever! Thank goodness there are several pizza places in Aiken because the Papa Johns here is HORRIBLE!!!
