As a former Arbys employee I know what the standard is supposed to be. On multiple occasions I have been served food that I can tell by taste and texture that it has sat past its expiration time. Like the mozzarella sticks I was given today. I’ve gotten a raw chicken sandwich in the past as well.

I went to this location twice over a four-day period. The food is fine, the service was fine. I had a missing item on a drive-thru order, but when I brought it to their attention it was quickly replaced. It was a busy time, so I don’t fault the staff. The lemonade is quite good, though smaller than I was expecting.

It was a long wait. Understandable to todays economy. The order was received well. When I left the facility and began to open the order. I had ordered the burger with no onions. I opened the package and the burger bun on both sides were drenched in sauce on the outside and the residue of onion small pieces were still on the burger. Someone removed the onion on an already made burger. I removed the left over onion and I could still taste onion flavor. I am very sad. I went out instead of making my own burger at home only to be disappointed. No I did not take it back due to being on the road.

Literally the SLOWEST fast food place I’ve ever been to. Just sat at the speaker for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything and finally my husband asked if anyone was there and they responded “take a minute to look over the menu, we’ll be right with you” and then proceeds to take another 5 minutes before saying anything.

I was stuck in the drive through for almost 30 minutes waiting for just a beef and cheddar and fries.. I wanted to leave after 10 but literally couldn’t because we were trapped in the line! By the time I got to the front I was so frustrated I didn’t even want the food anymore. Left, went to Taco Bell, got food and drove back by and the guy that was behind me was still there waiting.. so much for ‘fast food’.

Got a 5 piece tender meal, either the oil was old or items had been over cooked throughout the day. The fries had a dirty oil taste, and the chicken itself was over cooked and had a dirty oil taste. Both had a terrible aftertaste as well.

Deserves no stars. Went to Arby’s for 2 large lemonade and food drove forward, and paid for it. AFTER paying for it, they tell us they don’t have large milkshake cups. Instead of offering large fountain pop cups, they gave us 2 mediums and 2 smalls. Then made us pull forward to wait for slidersand one order of jalapeño poppers. Only received 5 of them and the jalapeno poppers we ordered as well(the 8pk) we only received 5? Will not be going back in the future.
