Very poor customer service. First, the garlic rolls were burnt, the lady kept a work oriented attitude, but the guy in the kitchen the Spanish one was very disrespectful. I asked him to cut my daughters pizza and he used a really loud tone and said “YOU CAN WAIT” like what kind of service is this? But when there was someone he liked came to the restaurant to order, he helped them with no problem. I also asked him for water since the lady that attended us was busy actually working while the guy I think his name is nacho was just sitting there doing nothing. The food also took more than 15 minutes. Out of my experiences in a restaurant, this is far by the worst. I will not be returning.

This place has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Half of the time, they screw up the order. I always make sure they read back what I had ordered, but when the food arrivals, either things are missing or it is a completely different order.

Needed Food while at the pool at our condo and was told these guys were good; THEY WERE! Ordered the large meatlovers pie, empanadas and salad, it all tasted fresh and AWESOME! Pizza had plenty of meat (see photos) and the empanadas had nice flavor. Delivery was quick as promised, asked for plates and napkins, they brought that as well..highly recommed, will surely be using them again when in the area!

I had to call 5x for someone to pickup the phone to order. Prices online are not the prices you pay (false advertising). When I arrived, I asked if they are having issues with their phone, the woman said no. I told her I had to call 5x before someone would answer. One of the times someone picked up and grunted- then I think I was put on hold. I hung up. No please hold. Literally a grunt and then no sound at all. When at the register to pay, I was told the total, which was as more than expected. I asked to see receipt and said “prices online are not the same as I’m being charged”. “Oh.” That was her response and handed me receipt to look at. As far as the false advertising, $11.95 large cheese is $13.99 at the register and the fake large margherita (it’s just a cheese pizza with very little basil scattered on it and slices of tomato) is $13.95 online and $14.95 when rung up in real life. Prices online need to indicate the same price you pay at register. Owner needs to update the website! But then again, if it takes calling 5x for someone to pick up the phone, why would I expect owners to care enough about their website and false advertising?!? I have uploaded pictures to show the issues I’m referring to. Apparently, I’m not the only one who got poor service with calling and price irregularities. I live around the corner. Not worth the hassle. Next time, it’s the place around the other corner, Little Italy. Better pizza and service.

Good food and pizza, great service! Despite having two very excited 10 year old boys, the staff was happy to have us and helpful. Even other customers were not bothered by presence of kids. Pizza portions were great, food was fresh. Everyone left happy and wanted more!

So I ordered a medium pizza with crushed red pepper and shake cheese one the side , and a meatball Parm . I specifically asked for the 2 idems and Please don’t forget. Of course they forgot and as usual they forgot. I over tipped before looking at everything and the driver couldn’t care less .. so I called and who ever answered said, sorry I just came on duty btw there was a long silence…. I live less than a half a mile away and instead of making it right no such luck . Coincidentally I’ve been in the hospitality business for over 40 years and put in my 13 hour day. There must be a reason my restaurant has a 5 star rating ! Take a look at the meatball cheese, it’s not even melted ….. I know today I’d a big holiday and possibly one of the biggest because no one is open but this isn’t astrophysics….

Ordered the cheese pizza and added $10 worth of toppings (2.5 each) .. I got five pieces of pineapple for 2.5 on this pizza. Compared to the images on the site , this looks nothing like it and is ridiculous. This is not worth the money spent. I feel like I still just ate a cheese pizza… our other pizza also had almost no toppings. Disappointed.
