This is one of the worst KFC there customer service is also one of the worst they need to retrained there management and cashiers. Nothing was fresh then they so cal shift lead arfues with you and the cashiers they forget that they have a job because of us customers. I had to go to corporate to get my money back drive to the sunrise location has better food and service. We live 4 min from this location but the drive for us is worth it this location will NEVER get our money. They should close down.

One of the worst KFC ever. We requested for original chicken for our 12pc family meal but they told us they only do half original and half crispy. We told them we would like to get original only as we always do. They agreed to give original. The chicken was salty and oily. It was hard and burnt. They definitely refried the crispy chicken and called it original. Ended up in trash.

The place wasn’t too busy. But the dinning area was just, well lets just say needed a big hand in cleaning. The tables were not clean. For my family to have our meal, I had to clean the table where we were sitting. There was molded food in the window seal and under our table was just a mess. I don’t know how they had a passing green card. The bathroom has no towels and the blowing hand dryer wasn’t working. I addressed this this to employees but he didn’t seem to care.The assistant manager was pleasant and talked to us with a smile. The customer service was okay. Our meal was okay for a KFC. I don’t plan on stopping at this location anytime soon. I do hope that they take time to clean the dinning area and address the issues that I have written for future clients that come in for a dinner.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I ordered the classic chicken wrap and the Chicken Little…and wow! How can you screw up either?! The chicken had been sitting underneath a hot lamp all day and the tortilla to the wrap was so old, it literally broke apart. I’m reminded why I haven’t been to this place in years.
