I like the food at Teri Teri. I always order online and never had an issue. They serve a lot of food for a fair price. The chicken bowl was $9.99 (with two California rolls in the bowl) and California Rolls $5.49 (5 pieces). I was satisfied and had left overs. Overall, the taste is good, the service is quick, and I will continue eating from this restaurant❤️

Ordered takeout for the first time. It was not a good experience! Staff didn’t even look up upon our arrival. I ordered the chicken bowl with a side order of spicy tuna roll. Food was bland! There was nothing authenticly Japanese about the dish. The chicken was very overcooked. This rice was a big glob. Also ordered the sesame chicken and couldn’t even bite into it. The pictures on the website look appetizing but the food I got was anything but. I will never return, however, I might try another location.

Overall the food is really good, and I’ve had no problem with it, but the service needs a little of work, when I told the lady if I can have a chicken bowl without rice she looked at me with a annoyed face, and made me sound dumb asking for that.

Horrible service. Asked about the menu and the lady told me what is there is what you get, instead of suggesting something similar to what I asked for. She was so rude and inpatient. So unprofessional, no wonder it’s so empty now I remember always coming here and being full. Owner needs to look into the staff

They took and brought out the orders of 3 customers ( and their guest) as we waited for a chicken sandwich. When I asked the lady what’s going on. She said, “I don’t know, it’s coming out soon.” Not a sorry or explanation. They also make you pay before your order. That’s the only reason I didn’t just leave. Then after speaking to her another guest gets their food as we still wait. Bon Chin has way better
