This is the best pizza I have ever put in my mouth. I’m serious! The atmosphere was amazing. It has out side dining too with that view of downtown. The inside was brick walls and eclectic designs. But the food. Oh man I will be a frequent customer here from now on. This crust from a wood fired oven….. oh my goodness. Mmmm mmmm so good. Please for the sake of your taste buds! Fabulous pizza. I like that most pizza does not have sauce on them. You can purchase sauce for dipping. I ordered the Goodfella and my son had the Meat Me. Seasonal craft soda flavors. I had black cherry. Was amazing. I will be coming back for special treat meals as it is a little pricey. Charming historical building.

When I think of some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life, my memories always float back to Italy, and now after visiting Marioochi’s, I will be thinking of their pizza as well. It reminded me so much of authentic Italian pizza, perfectly cooked in their stone fire oven. We started off with some of their spinach artichoke dip, which was really good. It was super creamy and cheesy. I ordered a pizza that had prosciutto and red onions on it and it was absolutely perfect! And my sister wouldn’t stop talking about the toffee cake for dessert, after she tried it. The decor was vintage and quaint, just like Sparta itself. I can’t wait to come back to Sparta to visit. I will definitely be stopping by. Thank you for a lovely experience.

My husband and I have been wanting to visit here and finally decided to go as we are on vacation this week. The pizza and garlic rolls are top notch! We were not expecting the food to be the high quality it was. There is no pizza in these parts like this anywhere. Be sure to visit. You will return again. As we look forward to.That is a promise. Our waitress Genevieve, I believe was her name, was very nice and down to earth. We were very pleased all around.

The food is incredible! The restaurant is so quaint. Definitely 100% worth any wait to eat the food however I’m giving the place a 4 star because of a bad customer service experience. Ole Miss Rita on the phone is plain and simple one of the nastiest people I have ever spoke to at a business in my life. If you call and she answers you may as well hang up because she’s only going to yell at you, cuss at you, and inevitably just hang up on you anyway. Absolutely horrible experience with her on the phone on two separate occasions now.

We have been 4 times since the soft opening. This is the best pizza! Run by the same family as The Coffee Collective next door, you will find great service, quality food, genuine people, and competitive pricing. The meats and cheeses on the pizzas are top quality. The desserts are delicious! And the coffee is, of course, the best! Relax and enjoy small town dining at its finest!
