Absolutely disappointed!!! I went through the drive-thru this MORNING and orders 50 ASSORTED munchkins and this is what I received….two Boxes, one box with one (only one) powdered and the rest all blueberry, the other box had 9 chocolate munchkins and the remaining were YES AGAIN, blueberry. I clearly stated Assorted so that should be a mix of glazed, powdered, pumpkin, chocolate and blueberry. Which is what they said they had; so please explain??

I’ve been going here for years, but for the last 2 years they always been getting my order wrong. I order a frozen mocha (5pumps mocha) and they just put like one pump. This has been happening, so I go to the other dunkin down the street next to 7/11 and poke bros.

Stopped by this afternoon and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants, they said they were out of eggs. I then tried to order an assorted variety of munchkins, they said they were out of munchkins, DO BETTER, it’s a donut place and they’re out of donuts. this place needs better management, staff was friendly but they need to pay better attention to their supplies.

Awful. Again, they can’t get orders made correctly. Both of my iced macchioto drinks were incorrect, I handed them back to remake them. When they tried again, they didn’t know which one had which flavor in it. Top it off, no straws available. Why???

I cannot express how bad this location is. I realize mistakes happen and no restaurant is perfect, but they are consistently out of basic items and get the entire order wrong. Like giving you a bagel without the bacon, egg, and cheese. They also take forever in making orders.

If you need coffee this place is fine, but do not go thinking they have donuts. I know what the name of the place is and implies that they have donuts but in reality they do not. On a Saturday at 1130am, yes I know late for donuts. They only had 4 choices. Out of the 4 they had , what they gave me was wrong. Half of what I ordered looked like jelly filled ( which I did not order), but with no jelly in it. Just a huge donut with the wrong frosting. The plain donuts look like they were there for weeks. If you need donuts , go to Krispy Kreme.

I pulled up to the drive through and was sitting there for 3-5 mins no one said anything to me then I see someone walk out the door and then seen that there was at least 2 people sitting outside and I called the store to talk to a manager and when I explained what happened to her she was like “well we are short staffed” that doesn’t matter there was 3 people outside and at least 1 inside.

These guys look like a bunch of Slack Stoners…. I ordered a Coffee NOT a water..literally the coffee was hot water with creamer and sugar! #neveragain…the manager should be ashamed of himself… I left the coffee on the table out of hopes that they get the POINT! Oh by the way…who just drops a donut in the bag for the icing to get all over the place? Things sure have changed in 20 years! No common courtesy, we were not greeted with HI how are you and what may I get you….
