I wish I could rate this place zero stars! There was at least 6-8 employees in the restaurant and I sat in the drive through at the window for 25 minutes! The woman in the car behind me was even so fed up that she opened the pay window to get someone’s attention, the girl who was supposed to be at the register was up at the food window chatting with the other employees. I have specific dietary needs and I ordered a whopper with only cheese and ketchup on it. When I get home the whopper was made with everything on it. When I tried to call this location, I was hung up on 3 times and finally reached a man who claimed he was a manager on the fourth time calling. He said I could come back up there to get it fixed but I am not getting back in my car to drive all the way back to Burger King after I have just gotten off a long shift at work just to sit and wait for another 30 minutes to get my order remade. This being said, the manager did not offer any other options for compensation. I will not be returning unless this location hires an entirely new team of employees and managers. That or they all need to train on how FAST food works, this is the slowest and worst drive through service I’ve ever been to.

Terrible. Waited to receive food for 45 mins. Went inside to see what was taking so long,they haven’t prepared the yet. If I didn’t paid for my food I would’ve left. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was OK, service was friendly but the restaurant style has become so commercial and lack luster. I felt like I was eating in a break room at a factory. And most of the free style drink options were out.

Loved everything at this location the people, the young man that took my order was so polite and while I was eating he stopped by my table and asked if everything was alright and if I needed anything else he also spoke to me when I arrived and he held the door for me as I was leaving. I wasn’t the only one that he was helping, I can’t remember his name but I will go back there again. That’s going to be my lunch place to go every Monday.

Negative 10 stars, place is very trashy and dirty, they lock the dine in doors at 5 which makes no sense. All I see is just a bunch of lazy workers. Still don’t understand how this place is still open. They also close down the store really really early like around 8 or 9 when online it says till 11

Went through drive through with the intent of trying the new Impossible Whopper and ordered fries to go with it. No problems getting the food. It was ready when I got to the window and the woman serving me was pleasant and efficient. Burger wrapped in paper–no styrofoam and points for that. Fries were adequate in taste and serving size. The impossible whopper was okay–not as good as TGIFriday’s vegetable burger, but okay and tasty. Lettuce was lacking and the burger itself was thin and a lttle chewy. Does not look like the promotional pictures. But kudos to Burger King for offering plant-based diet folks something in the fast food line. I would probably eat it again.

Order taker at drive thru was trying to hurry me up. Pulled to the window and barely acknowledged me and was on her cell phone the entire time. Didn’t offer any condiments. Asked for only mustard on my burger and got a tiny glob.

Racquet Club Of Gastonia
Paid $19.56 for two “specialty” combos. Asked cashier, if they would be fresh off the flames, she said yes sir! After waiting ample time for all to cook, fries were cold, so of course they didn’t make it to the table. Burger came with cheese, bacon, fried onions, lettuce tomato and mayo. Burgers were cold too, so they remade them. Remakes were microwaved, cheese wasn’t melted, onion straws were out if a can, tomatoes mushy, bacon crumbled up and over cooked. Manager told us, “oh you have to ask for it to be off the flame”… what? After a long time away from Burger King, looks like it will be a long time before I go back.
