Best sushi I’ve had. I’m #basic so I don’t eat raw fish sushi. When someone tries to convince my to try, I swallow it whole to suffer less lol. BUT MAN OH MAN THIS PLACE. I tried the spicy salmon. The roll with the least amount of salmon just to try! And omg it was the best! If all raw fish sushi tasted like that, I would eat it more often! The pics didn’t do it much justice but it was so stinkin’ good. Also loved the salad bc it was actually romaine instead of iceberg like most places. Server was very friendly. Bummed they didn’t have a sushi roll lunch special, and the rolls don’t come with salad or soup. But everything was delicious anyways.

We really loved our dinner tonight at Junz. Everything was tasty and delicious. The service was really fast. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxed. The nigiri was perfect and they gave us some really nice pieces of fish. The hand rolls were especially nice as well. I also loved the mochi. Sometimes it’s not frozen at the right temperature or whatever so it was pleasantly surprising that I ate all of my serving. My only complaint is that I didn’t like the spoons with my miso lol. I’m not into an American spoon with my Japanese soup haha for some reason I just don’t like that disconnect. But obviously that’s just nitpicking so I wouldn’t subtract a star for something so minute. So far this is one of the better places that I have found that isn’t too far from home. I will probably be back. 🙂

As usual Junz was delicious again. Went for a birthday celebration and were promptly seated. The waiter did an excellent job the entire night (including with a awnry 6 year old).

This place has been here for over 20 years and that is for a reason. Junz is the absolute best sushi that I have found thus far in this state. I have been to Sushi Den, Ocean Prime, Blue Sushi, Hapa, you name it and none of them are as good as Junz. Not to mention their regular menu has plenty of options for those not into sushi. The Fried Gyoza is always a winner. The Volcano Roll is a must and my personal favorite.

Our experience for dinner was less than mediocre here. The food was mostly bad. I like spicy food and am no stranger to salt. Our appetizer was overpoweringly salted and I felt like I had to power through it. The spicy salmon roll was drenched in sauce so that no other flavors even had a chance. The spicy tuna roll was really good though.

Junz is my go-to for Japanese food in Parker. They have a variety of authentic Japanese options and are great for classic sushi like nigiri and sashimi. Been back many times and always enjoyed the food and service.

Our party of 3 had dinner here on a Wednesday night. It wasn’t busy, with about 4 tables filled. We ordered appetizer/starter’s of 2 different Sushi rolls. They were well made and good. We also had the miso soup and our entree’s were black cod, lobster fettuccini and shrimp tempura. The entrees were delicious. But must mention that the black cod with miso was pretty expensive and it was only a couple ounces (maybe 3 or 4 oz). And it was not accompanied with any rice. We’ve been here several times and have never encountered this problem. BUT, we were served the soup first, then one entree of the tempura. About 5 minutes later the sushi was served and a few minutes later the two other entrees. Timing was completely off. Kind of puzzeling, because the kitchen was not busy. By the time we finished , we were the only table in there, at 7:30 pm. Will return, because we know the food is better, has been better and the service of timing is usually better.

Junz has always been one of our favorite sushi restaurants in Colorado. Their Hamachi Kama (Yellowtail Collar) is probably the meatiest one I’ve seen in Colorado. Absolutely a must. I am not a huge salmon sashimi/sushi fan but their salmon is SO good and buttery. Only place I’ll crave salmon. We love their choices of rolls and the quality of other sashimi. Mushroom Risotto is another dish we order knowing it won’t disappoint. Highly recommend Junz!

We have eaten her for several years with decent experiences. Tonight, the service was sub par, the wait staff was non attentive and the drinks not delivered as ordered. The sushi has never had this much rice on the rolls, way to much rice. We will not be going back. Food and service as Kirosawa is 100% better.
