Now that I’ve become a regular here, I think a review is due! I see a lot in here about wait time, yes, quality and freshness take a little extra time. Every dish is prepared with care and passion. If you want a fast food experience, this isn’t it. I cannot have gluten and the chef will either be honest about a dish not being safe or prepare a dish to be safe. That alone will keep me coming here. When you walk in, you’re greeted by Vu. He wears a few hats in the establishment so make sure to be patient with him! He will be sitting people down, taking orders, grabbing drinks, packing up your to go order or even your leftovers for you, answering phones, and closing your ticket. This small, family owned gem is worth a visit and worth every penny!Make sure to be patient because I promise chef is taking care and time with your dish.

Im giving Rice Paddy 5 stars. The menu is not large but everything we had was exceptional . 2 house specialties have to be ordered 2 hours in advance , whole red snapper and chicken. We called in for the snapper and it was delicious. It’s served with ginger on top among other delectable and sits in a salty/ slightly sweet sauce.

The best Pho experience in Phoenix. The broth has incredible flavor and the spring rolls we’re excellent. The space is clean and nice inside. Happy to finally have a spot in central Phoenix for flavorful pho without having to drive out to Mesa! The chef and owner is incredible and taught us a lot about how to eat pho properly. Very passionate about serving the best food and he does! Will be back

The chef/owner is very proud of his food and he should be proud! After 16+ hours cooking in 100l bs of bones, the beef broth is a marvel. Deep flavor that just permeates your being as you eat. The beef is very tender, the meatballs were delicious. My wife had the tofu and stir fried flat rice noodles and loved it. The spring rolss were also super.

Such a cute place and super clean. First time here, was craving for bbq so I got bun cha gio thit nuong which was fresh and tasty. You can tell the chef is passionate at his craft and really cares about the quality of his food. He was very accommodating and is so nice at explaining how he cooks his Pho and other traditional dishes which I will definitely come back for with my friends.

The atmosphere here is so chill. I love it here. The food is tasty and delicious. It isn’t like any other pho place. Try it and tell me otherwise. The clean flavor of the broth and subtle hint of herbs are so good. I hardly ever write a review but I gotta give this place a 5 star after dine in with them.

Great customer service, clean place and friendly staff. The Pho was great with lots of flavor. The chef came out and we talk to him about his food and he sounds passionate about his food and really cares about his customers being satisfied. Irecommend this spot if you like Pho you will love it to. We got pho#3 and pho#5.
