I’ve never been a fan of TJ’s, really, but there have been improvements made since it has new management. Now I would rate the pizza a 3 – 4 out of 5. I think this is one of those places that is special if you grew up eating this pizza. However, if they continue to raise the bar, I may become a regular customer. My complaints when TJ owned it was that the crust was absolute cardboard and the toppings were thinly populated. The toppings, especially, are much more plentiful and delicious now.

I haven’t found any place that does it like TJ’s. Best pizza I’ve ever had. I come visit home from SC and always get it when I come back. Hasn’t changed one bit in 10 years.

Been eating this pizza since I was a kid in the 80s. It’s still amazing all these years later! Even though I live in Columbus now, I’ve had at least 2 dozen non-franchised pizza joints and I still haven’t found one I like as much. They just do old school pizza so well!
