garbage customer service, worse pie. Called today to redeem credit from a previously botched order, and they showed up at the end of the delivery window, missing one of 4 items. We paid in full, cash, and called the store….manager “knew already why we were calling,” so he knows his driver forgot something. no big deal. the pizza has a baseball sized hole in it from a poorly experienced pizza maker. Kids freaking out, missing the one thing they eat from here, and after being assured our prepaid order is rushed out, it shows up over an HOUR after our follow up call. Manager said the driver knew it was a retake, and chose to take another one before ours. So. Poor management, poorly skilled/trained employees, even worse customer service, and, well, product as expected. Sorry chodes, you’ll never see us again. Sad, but true. I’ll stick with quality establishments from here on.

I am a college student here originally for NJ and have a grandmom that is 100% Italian cook. Based on previous experiences I have had mixed thoughts of this place. The people that deliver are often friendly, but I have had several times when I ordered more than one two liter and never got them, a few times I never got any drinks at all. Call the place and all they said was sorry.

We ordered an appetizer and a pizza at this location and we waited for an hour just to have the appetizer and then 5 minutes later our pizza came out. We were the only table there and there was 2 other people at the bar. In order the restaurant was practically empty. When the appetizer arrive, the bread was still doughy in the middle. We wonder if the bread was frozen or if this place under cook their bread on purpose. If you eat here after 10, be ready to wait behind call in orders.

Stopped into this pizza joint because it was open late. I was having a really crappy day and thought committing carbocide was the best option. My server I believe her name was Hannah or Anna (sorry) led me to my table and surprisingly for how late it was it was nice to be greeted with a smile. She took my order and I got the hot wings and a small peperoni pizza. Heaven!!!! I swear these are the best wings in town and the pizza was just on point!!! My server actually sat down with me and sparked up a conversation which was nice. If you want great food and great service even on the late night this is the place to go. Hopefully they see this and realize how much it meant.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant several times as well as some of my coworkers and we’ve even had them cater for our entire building a few times. But they lost all of our business now. I ordered 2 slices of pizza for lunch and noticed on the second slice after I took a bite that a long hair was baked into the cheese. I immediately lost my appetite and called to let them know I would like a refund since I wasn’t able to finish my meal. Expecting an apology and a full refund, the manager used intimidation with a couple other employees all standing there staring at me and only gave me a $2 refund because I had eaten the other piece. I am in shock at the lack of customer service shown. An apology and concern was all I really needed.

Worse customer service ever do not eat at this place. Called in a pick up order, and arrived to the manager saying we ordered at different place, which was not true. Looked at the phone number we called and it was the correct restaurant. Replaced the order and asked for no garlic butter on the bread sticks due to health concrens, and received the bread sticks covered in garlic butter. After our last order which took 2 hours to be delivered, this is the last time I will ever order from this crappy place. Occasionally decent food with the worst customer service ever.

Been having the fortune/misfortune of having this place close to me for 10 years. They have great food but the service is horrible…one of the worst i ever seen or delt with. If you go pick up your food its a different story . But they always forget sauces there delivery is as slow as they come. And drivers are horribly high and disrespectful. When you order dinner for a family and order a few sauces you expect every single one of them to be with your order especialy if it gets close to 50 dollars with a prepaid tip. But never ever did i have a horrible experience with a pizza place until these guys. Their management is just as soft as dough you tell them how bad service they give you and theres still no difference. Will not be giving them any more service. Management and staff change are needed.

My husband, daughter & I went to this restaurant tonight and the food was delicious! Lisa, our server was the Best! We’ve had Lisa as our server one other time, and she was great then also. She is very friendly and aims to make our dining an experience, not just a night out to eat!
