I don’t understand how anyone could give this restaurant a 1star? If you’ve actually eaten at this restaurant then you would know about the great food & service. The food is amazing, I already started eating before I decided to take a pic . The owner/chef works hard, he’s very personable and take great pride in his food. There’s a fine dining side, where you can reserve a table or the space for an event & there’s also a take out side. Great addition to the Poconos area. Do yourself a favor & try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best caribbean restaurant my husband and myself have been two in years. We live in Mount Pocono and traveled to this spot because of how amazing the food. It is the best tasting curry goat oxtails overall the best we have to come back. The negative reviews you see from those haters, don’t pay them no mind, try it yourself. You’ll see they just lying and some of ghem never even went to the place.

I love the vegetarian patty and the homemade punch from this place! The patty was well-spiced and puffy/crispy. The fruit punch was delicious and not too sweet. The owner was very friendly and helped my friends decide what to get. Food was reasonably priced here and pretty authentic (according to our Jamaican friend). Highly recommend this place!

So happy we found this hole-in-the-wall spot!! We had a Jamaican friend with us and he confirmed this place was very authentic! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience here, the food was delicious, and the owner was very friendly and sweet. Would def come back again if we’re ever back in town!

The owner was really nice and had good service. It was my first time trying jerk chicken and oxtail and the experience was amazing. The fruit punch with no artificial flavors or sugar was exquisite! I do recommend!

The food was fantastic! Shane was so kind and hospitable. He was generous with portions and the food did the rest. My personal favorite was the curry goat and the pink lemonade was great as well. Definitely a must try.

I am Jamaican and The food is authentic. I tried every meat in there basically as the Chef gave us a taste of it all. My faves were the Oxtail, Curry Goat and brown stew Chicken. The rice and peas and white rice were cooked to perfection. The Chef is personable very. The place is also very easy to find All in all a 10/10.
