One of the most chaotic Shake Shacks I’ve ever been to. Makes for hilarious people watching. Never-ending rotating door of Ubereats orders. Visibly stressed staff who are one crazy customer away from quitting but are still willing to help. The open kitchen with employees basically screaming at each other over who’s working harder. (Who doesn’t love dinner and show.) Homeless man pushing his cart next to a Rolls Royce Cullinan. You know, just San Francisco things.

Haven’t ate shake shack in ages but decided to stop in. I don’t eat Shake shack a lot due to its prices but let’s face it in California everywhere is expensive. Food was ready pretty quick, and the staff was the sweetest. I saw what I think was a manager or some type of shift lead literally come out from behind the counter to help an elderly gentleman order his food at the kiosk. He still there patiently and helped the man navigate the kiosk. There was also another gentleman walking around the dining room cleaning up tables, asking to clear things away for you. He also offered to refill my lemonade and was so lovely to chat with. Usually don’t get those kind of service at a fast food restaurant. So it was refreshing to have kind faces and conversations. I wish I caught his name for a shout out. The chain should be proud id order here again next time I’m in San Francisco!

My Uncle took me here finally after repeated telling my to try them, but the only ones in the Sacramento area didn’t have good parking, so he took matters into his own hands. By far one of the best smash burger’s I’ve ever had. The fries are perfectly crispy and I got a free shake. My only complaints are the sauce is too mayo heavy and my shake was overly sweet. Besides that I would definitely come back. Highly recommend for a good burger. 4.8/5.

Too salty!!! My order was ready (literally) 2 minutes after I placed the order and I can guarantee: the burger is not the same!!! Apparently they changed the way they prepare the burgers or something. Please bring the old recipe back

Paid more than $6 for each of these milkshakes that weren’t even filled… The Non-Dairy Chocolate Milkshake was good, it just needed to be filled up to get that full experience. Disappointed.

Food hot as could be because we ate outside in make shift shelters with a small heater above our heads, in the rain. Tables were sticky. Ordered with kiosks. Staff were nice. They chose to only have “take out” due to the vaccine mandate. Food took about 30 minutes. Was a bit long. But worth the wait. Hence 4 stars.
