Service completely sucked, nobody answered the drop through window. Everybody refused to talk to you. Acting like it was busy when there was only 3 vehicles in the entire parking lot. I will not be coming back due to the fact that they do not know how to have customer service or to promptly answer their drive through window when the call button has already been triggered.

Service was timely. CSR’s were nice and polite. But this burrito and the other one I ordered (other one wasn’t this bad, but still very dissatisfactory) were empty on one whole side. Bought two and feel like I should have only paid for one if this is the quality of the product that I am purchasing. Will be finding another chain to frequent.

Normally I’d give five stars but waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes with no one moving so went around to the parking spot to order my drink. That still took 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. An yes I understand that they were probably short on workers cause since this pandemic hit no one wants to work cause of whatever reason but still if there’s going g to be a long wait they could at least explain that there is an offer a small discount or something.

Um so no DON’T EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I ordered an All American dog with extreme tator tots. The entire meal was uterly disgusting. The hot dog was gray, graaayyyy since when is meat gray. Oh I know when is so old it should be thrown away. Are they trying to kill people? Then I asked for a replacement, preferably chicken strips and I was only given two strips. The actual meal comes with 4. Then they gave me back the same extreme tator tots I gave back to them heated up. JUST DON’T GO THERE!!!

Worst Sonic EVER!!! Everything in my order was wrong or missing except for my caramel shake, which was AWESOME! I’m sure they are pretty busy here but other Sonics are too and they aren’t awful like this one. They are wearing the poor carhop out!
