Our food was fresh and hot. We went in to order our food because the drive thru was backed up all the way around the building and into the road. The girl taking our order acted like she didn’t want to even be bothered with us and could care less that she would keep putting in the wrong items because she wasn’t listening. We didn’t order anything that was specialty so it wasn’t hard to just hit a correct button on the screen. Maybe we will have Breyer luck with ordering in the future with the employees there.

I order 3 biscuits and gravy…when I got home one of them was just a biscuit that was torn all to pieces with no gravy. The biscuit look like it had been torn into the floor then picked up and put in the container…disgusting. when I tried to call the number provided on the receipt no one answered so I sent a message and a picture to Hardee’s Facebook private message and email…no answer…ridiculous. I don’t get it

This place is so busy in the mornings but they never seem to have enough help. Breakfast is good, gravy was a little runny today, not much sausage but biscuits always good. Employees seem to be so stressed and one woman couldnt seem to stay off her phone while people were waiting…wrong prices on the platters too…its a shame…

Ordered from the app for breakfast, convenient and so easy to get what you want ordered. Picked up my order through the drive thru. They are pretty busy during breakfast hours so be patient and kind. I also advise to just do the platter, you get alot more food for about the same amount of money. I usually just give away what I don’t won’t out of it.

Went there for breakfast this morning, got 2 Frisco breakfast sandwiches, 2 biscuits and gravy, bacon egg and cheese biscuit and 4 medium hash rounds for my family. The bread on the sandwiches was burnt, the biscuits were rock hard, and the hash rounds were under cooked, it’s disappointing because this use to be one of my favorite places to eat. But it’s seems they worry more about hurrying up to get the order out than they do about quality. Very disheartening.

Hardees in Elizabethton used to be a great place, but something has changed. The food is horrible now. I got a burger and fried through the drive up and the burger was badly burned and my fries were cold and had been cold for some time. I don’t recommend you waste your money.

Finally tried Hardee’s and I have to say it’s far better than Burger King. Similar idea just done better. Didn’t have an issue with this location, staff was friendly, it was clean and not busy. Though I did go later on a Sunday so maybe that’s why. Burgers were great! Chili Dog was good too, and not at all messy like I expected. Prices are amazing and well worth it.

This is the fifth time we’ve gone to Hardee’s only to turn us away saying that the chicken fingers are not thawed out (remind you this is at 5:17 p.m.) or food they don’t have. I don’t understand how this place can even stay in business with the service they provide. I want to add a little revision The wife went here to pick up four cheeseburgers large fry and three pies. It took almost 20 minutes to receive the food and it was burnt beyond recognition. You always want to give places a second chance but this place no way” It’s horrible” all the time very poor management. The owner should be ashamed to have not fixed any of this.
