Man I hate to leave this review but honestly the quality has gone far down. I remember coming down here late at night with friends and grubbing on tacos and it was amazing. However fast forward a year and it’s not the same. I’ve been here 3 times recently thinking maybe it was just an off day but no their carne Asada tacos taste like plastic. Not to mention the meat is burnt and finely chopped. The adobada was undercooked 2 of the 3 times I bought tacos there. The guys running the truck are great but sadly the food isn’t good anymore.

Absolutely freaking stellar!! Reddit recommended and I’m sitting here SPEECHLESS as to how earth shatteringly good the consume was with the birria and al pastor tacos I got. Oh…my…god. Extra lime, sauce (actually spicy which I love), carmelized onions, and pickled carrot without asking also which is super generous and you can tell they want you to adore your meal, which I 100% did. Fantastic customer service, super friendly, I literally cannot wait to come back!! Blew my mind. What a gem.

Honestly their tacos are perfection. The meat is juicy but not greasy. The tomato salsa is just right and the guys working the truck are very chill. Can’t beat a $2.25 taco with this level of perfection! Trust.
