This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. I can’t believe it wasn’t busier at lunch hour. It’s so clean- every single table and chair was spotless, floor was clean, every condiment tub was full, and drink station was super clean. The staff was so friendly- greeted me, talked to my son, answered questions, and seemed to be genuinely happy. And my food was fresh and actually looked like a Taco Bell advertisement . Whenever I get the craving for TB I will drive out of my way to eat here.

Messed my order up when I asked for no ranch and then took the old food back through the window and then messed up the second time aswell. Then the female manager lied on the speaker saying she didn’t reuse the same borrito and just scrape some of the ranch off and give back the borrito. This is the second borrito with ranch on it. 30 dollars wasted also argued thru the window the entire time with no professionalism

Could be the cleanest most well maintained Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. Service was prompt and order accurate. My steak grilled cheese burrito was better than most and eat them more than I’d like to admit.

Literally never have Baja blast and instead they give me Mountain Dew with no ice, like really how hard is it to put ice in a cup and some how it tastes watered down. I’m way closer to the edgewater location but I suggest you go to west street if you care about quality

The workers are nice. However in the last two weeks I’ve tried to get taco bell 3 times and they are not taking anymore more orders, at normal eating hours. They say it’s because of too many online and door dash sort of orders. It’s totally crazy. They need to take out the drive through if it’s not an option. Or limit the amount of online ordering. It seems a little crazy you can’t just go there and order food. How is that fast food.
