Had one of the worst experiences with 2 human beings in my life. Showed up and tried to order 2 meals with a hour to close and was told by the employee at the window and the manager that they only had enough meat for one burger meal and that id have to order something else for my friend. When trying to figure out why the manager “Rachel” i believe her name was chimed in and proceeded to get audibly louder and more aggresive as our conversation went on and when I asked for her name she complained at me that I was going to leave a bad review, which yes, I am due to how rude she was to begin with. Then she told the employee not to let us order and when I drove by the window she threw her hands up while still talking in a rude manor.

It’s sad when you ask for dipping sauce only to be told ” I can this time but next time order at the speaker”. No one even asked us about sauce so how were we to know. There was no reason to be rude about it. Do better.

I went through the drive thru at 10 pm. Nobody else in line. I ordered a double whopper meal and cheese sticks. Waited 15 minutes for “fresh fries”. By then I was irritated and got my food and left. I live 5 minutes away. When I got home, I realized that all I got was a dry and plain chicken sandwich, cold fries and no cheese sticks. I called the restaurant twice and both times I got a recording with no greeting. Only noise and a beep. I know fast food isn’t as easy as people think, but I paid hard earned money for one thing and got something else of lesser value. And couldn’t even reach a manager to correct the situation. Our order was completely wrong. Ask for extra onions got none. No tomato received tomato. Large 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea received a coke. Receipt had everything correct but our order was far from it.

good food, but the microphone that they speak to you through while in the drive thru is very loud. like i am 3 feet away, no need to scream. honestly gives me a headache. good milkshakes though. i love the commercial as well. i sing it constantly. BK HAVE IT UR WAY.

The long black haired manager that was working the lunch shift on May 10 either really needs help or really needs an attitude adjustment. Terrible customer service and terrible manager! Anyone that can belittle employees in front of customers shouldn’t be in management.

Came here for breakfast after seeing all the commercials for the double meats… Service was great all accept for the messed up my kids order and didn’t check until getting home so that’s why they don’t get/deserve 5 stars… Besides that the food was pretty darn good for being fast food.

it takes 10 to 15 mins to place an order with only you and one car in front of you. Then once you are at the pay window they make you stay there for another 10 to 15 minutes before they tell you to pull up to pick up window. This is the most ridiculous fast food restaurant. And all I ordered was a whopper. And 30 mins in a drive thru is crazy and poor customer service.

By far my worst fast food experience ever in 47 years , waited in line for 15 mins with only two cars in front of me , finally ordered only for the cashier to take another 10 mins to give back my change , (lady with purple braids who seemed confused and disorientated ) another 10 mins go buy and yet nobody even gave me the drink , plus sized lady with glasses and another female standing by the front counter talking and laughing with nobody trying to even attempt getting my order finally asked for a refund which literally seemed like an eternity for them to count and recount several times , just curious does BK do drug test ?

I ordered a triple whopper/cheese and bacon all sandwiches. Ordered a double whopper, and a single whopper. Also 3.large onion rings. Cost $ 35.?? For all of that. Wow what a world we are in with everything going.
